Expansion of full financial statements for Chinese private companies issuing corporate bonds
This expansion covers private companies that have issued corporate bonds through either stock exchanges or interbank channels . In total, we have added full financial statements for over 8,500 Chinese private companies that have issued corporate bonds.
Users have access to:
- Over 8,500 Chinese private company profiles with full financials. EMIS doubled the number of companies with full financial statements
- Full financial statements, on a quarterly, semi-annually, and annually frequency.
- Financial data covering all available years in which bonds were/are active. This expansion provides deeper insights to users interested in China's financial markets.
New data on Russian companies from the Federal Tax Service
Due to sanctions, updates to the Russian company database have been limited for the past two years. EMIS has now updated information on Russian companies, sourcing data from the official public source, the Federal Tax Service of Russia.
Users have access to:
- Information on employees, revenues and expenses in 2022 for over 200,000 companies
- Full financial statements for approx. 13,000 companies for 2021 and 2022
EMIS is working to further expand coverage of the Russian market in the upcoming months.
Enrichment of Chinese and Russian Company Information by leveraging AI
Lastly, continuing the efforts to enhance the coverage by leveraging AI, EMIS is now monitoring content from over 300,000 corporate websites from Chinese and Russian companies.
EMIS monitors and collects relevant information from various open-source channels such as company websites, media outlets, and platforms like LinkedIn.
EMIS curates this content and enriches the company data with more detailed business descriptions, NAICS industry codes, and additional information about the products and services these companies offer.
