If you are an iOS user, please download the installer on the app store.

**Note: Please choose "I have a Product Key" during installation, and you will be prompted to enter your Product Key.

CEIBS users can make applications by filling out the application form online at https://ceibs.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_a60IovKvRENizGe. You will get a confirmation letter through e-mail message to your CEIBS e-mail account.

**Note: If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail message, an error may have occurred and the request is not submitted.

• Link your CEIBS account to EndNote with 3 steps

1. Go to "Edit" and click "Preferences"
2. Under the section "Find Full Text" please fill the form with the following information

• OpenURL Path: https://ceibs.userservices.exlibrisgroup.com.cn/openurl/86CEIBS_INST/86CEIBS_INST:Services?
• Authentication: https://sso.ceibs.edu/login

3. Click "OK" and save the changes

• Find Fulltext at CEIBS with EndNote with 4 steps

1. Right click the article that you want to view
2. Under the section "Find Full Text" please click "Find Full Text"
3. Go to the "Find Full Text" section and click "Found PDF"
4. Double click the article title and view the full-text item
